Carol Gamboa is the founder and owner of Applied Biomechanics Associates and Posture, Inc. She completed the highest level of certification offered by the Egoscue Method, achieving top status as an Accredited Exercise Therapist and worked as a director in one the clinics for 3 years.

As a competitive athlete, Carol knew about pain and limitation at the young age of 23. Having sciatic pain as a semi-pro beach volleyball player, then chronic back and hip pain, she refused to let it slow her down. She found answers and relief with the Egoscue therapy, and she is now dedicated to providing the innovative yet simple form of rehabilitation to others.

Certified in 2005, she has worked with everyone from adolescents and seniors to several of the top athletes in the NFL. Clients who work with Carol know that she is committed to finding the most applicable and effective exercises for each individual, according to their personal history and any ensuing muscular compensations.
